Hi what do you do when you have limited things and want to toss up something for a evening snack. Well the best option would be a omlette its easy to cook, and anybody can cook it. Thats why I have named it the Speedy Omlette.
Speedy Omlette
Ingriedents
Eggs ......2 to 3 depending on the number of people
White flour.........2 tbsp(tablespoon)
Green Chillies............2 finely chopped
Boiled potatoes.............1 or 2 (sliced )
capsicum...........half finely chopped
Cheese.......1 cube grated (optional)
Soya Sauce...... 1 tsp -2 tsp (teaspoon) (optional)
Salt according to taste, and oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Take a bowl and break the eggs, add the whiteflour and whisk them till form peaks.
- To it add chopped green chillies, capsicum, boiled potato, grated cheese, soya sauce and salt and mix them well
- Take a pan and heat oil in it , add the mixture and cook it on low flame.
- Omlette is ready to serve.
