FALAR( falahar/ fruit diet)

POHA/ Beaten Rice (CHIRE in bengali): 1 cup.
PLAIN YOGURT: 1/2 a cup.
RIPE SWEET MANGO: 1 pc(lyangra/chowsa/alphonso/himsagar n more)
YELLOW BANANA: 1 PC
JAGGERY/Sugar.
MEWA/sondesh.


Soak 1 cup of beaten rice(raw poha) for a minute or so in water. Soak the poha till it is soft but not mushy.
Drain the water completely and transfer to a bowl.
Add about ½ cup of plain yogurt.
Peel and add the flesh of one ripe, sweet mango.
Add half a banana chopped.
Add about 1 tbsp of jaggery/sugar.
You can add other forms of sweetener too.
Mix well( Use ur hand that is the necessary tool to make it tatsy)

sprinkle some mewa/sondesh over it.
