Ingredients
Mangoes…….2
red/yellow bell pepper…….2
Salt ….to taste
Onions- 1 diced
Lemon juice………squeezed from 2 lemons
Jalapenos……..a handful
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Cut mango into small slices, dice onion, dice red/yellow bell peppers squeeze a juice of 2 lemons.
- Take a bowl and add all the chopped ingredients
- Add salt and jalapenos, and chill it for an hour
- Ready to and serve
