Irish Coffee


Ingredients
Sugar……………. 4tsps
Irish whisky (or Irish mist liqueur)………………………..half cup                
Heavy cream (chilled)…………1/4 cup
Instant Coffee powder…………..3tsps


METHOD OF PREPARATION

Add two teaspoons of sugar to chilled cream and whip it till it forms peaks. Keep aside.
Pour three cups of water in a deep microwave bowl, cover. Place on MICROWAVE HIGH (100%) for minutes or until steaming. Remove; add coffee powder and the remaining two teaspoons of sugar. Stir to dissolve it. Pour in whisky/liqueur gently.
Pour coffee into four stemmed glasses and top it with whipped cream.
